Application is poor, simple as that. I guess you were waiting for vouches which you got from Gemal so that helps a bit. We re so heavy on dpses recently it would be best if you would be a pala healer or to heal on your alt. If you are willing to give a try as pala healer and you have some gear we would love to try you out. Or also on your druid as healer would be great.

What Brohoof said... We simply don't need any more dps. All we need now is healers. So, if you are willing to become one, we'll think it over. I am saying this for your benefit because you won't have a place in raid if you are dps. All slots are filled already.

We are a bit full with dps, but if you are willing to heal or even tank, you will have more advantage than as a dps.If you still prefer to be dps,then we can't promise you a spot in the raid everytime.So it's a thumbs up from me if you decide to be tank or healer.
